EquineEssentials® Canada/FlaxSheen®

is currently seeking photographs of special horses to adorn

new product labels and/or promotional materials.

We are looking for AMAZING photographs of your horse at liberty, preferably in a natural setting.  The horses should not be wearing halters or any other equipment. Since all horses are beautiful, we are seeking any breed in any colour!

Please forward your submissions with a brief paragraph (50 words) describing what makes your horse "special" by July 30, 2007.

TOP THREE MODEL HORSES:

Our top three "models" will be awarded with a grooming bucket full of FlaxSheen®/StableGirl™ products

($100 CAD value) once new labels are produced with the winnning photographs (or part thereof).

If your photograph is selected, you will be asked to sign a consent form allowing the use of the photograph

(or any part thereof) by EquineEssentials® Canada for commercial purposes such as, but not limited to, product labels, website, brochures and advertising copy that such photograph (or any part thereof) may be included with no residual compensation beyond prizes awarded. Photo credits will be given.

The signed consent form must be completed and returned within 10 days of receipt of such documents or another submission will be chosen and your prize will be forfeited.

Prizes cannot be substituted for cash and winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Please read the following Rules and Conditions before sending in your submissions:

All photos must be submitted by e-mail in JPEG format in a minimum resolution of 300 dpi . 

Provide your contact infomation (name, address and phone number) with your submission.

No purchase is necessary.

All photographs submitted must be original works, taken and submitted by the owner of the horse subject of the photograph

OR accompanied by persmission from the owner stating the s/he agrees that his/her horse's image MAY be used for commerical purposes with no residual compensation. 

(Written permission should be faxed to: 613 774 4776, stating the name of the horse, and photographer, signed by the owner of the horse.)

Entrants must be over the age of 18, or must have a parent or guardian submit the photograph on their behalf.

Sorry, third party professional photographer's work is not eligible.

By submitting your photographs, you are giving EquineEssentials® Canada permission for your photographs, comments and photo credits to be displayed on their website.

You must not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark and right of privacy and publicity.

Additional permission will be sought by EquineEssentials® Canada before photographs will be used in any other medium.

EquineEssentials® Canada is not responsible for :

a) Late entries

b) Lost, interupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, internet service providers, websites or other connection, availabiliy or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Model Search

c) Any malfunction of entrant's computer, telephone or cable transmission, fax machines or hardware/software malfuntion.

We respect your privacy and will not sell, trade or use any information you provide for any other medium without your express written consent and approval.
